Help us put agents to work.

We're a small, founder-led team building the AI workforce. We hire engineers who own problems end to end — from the model behavior to the shipped product.

00What we look for in everyone

01

Agent-native

You already work with agents by default — drafting, exploring, building, checking. What we look for is the instinct that comes next: decompose a task for an agent, delegate the parts that can be delegated, and review what comes back with a clear eye. The question isn't whether you use AI. It's whether you get real leverage from it.

02

Taste and curiosity

When execution is cheap, judgment is the scarce part. We look for taste — telling good from merely finished — and high standards that keep abundant output from becoming slop. Paired with a restless curiosity, the appetite to try things without waiting for permission, and the range to pick up something unfamiliar and learn it fast.

Forward Deployed Engineer

LocationHong Kong · Greater Bay Area
TypeFull-time
CompensationBy negotiation

Most engineers build one thing for many customers. A forward deployed engineer builds many things for one — embedding with a company, shaping an ambiguous problem into a working system on our agents, and staying responsible for the outcome.

What you'll do
  • Embed with the companies we work with; understand the problem where it lives.
  • Turn ambiguous business needs into concrete technical designs.
  • Build the solution end to end on our agent platform — full-stack, in production.
  • Own the outcome, measured by real adoption and impact — not lines of code.
  • Bring what you learn in the field back into the product.
What we look for
  • A strong generalist engineer who ships production software.
  • Full-stack range — comfortable across backend, frontend and data.
  • Communicates plainly with both executives and engineers.
  • At ease with ambiguity; decides well with incomplete information.
  • Hands-on with LLMs and agents — prompting, tool use, retrieval, evals.

Agent Development Engineer

LocationRemote
TypeFull-time
CompensationBy negotiation

We build software that acts on its own behalf: agents that take a goal and carry it through. This role is for a full-stack engineer who treats the model as a first-class building block — shaping its tools and context, proving its quality with evals, and shipping the whole thing.

What you'll do
  • Build and ship agentic features end to end — backend through frontend.
  • Design the tool use and orchestration: agent loops that plan, act and self-correct.
  • Build evals and observability that turn a capable model into a reliable product.
  • Ground agents in real data — retrieval, context engineering, structured outputs.
  • Iterate fast as models improve; productize the patterns that work.
What we look for
  • Full-stack range — you can take a whole system from idea to production on your own.
  • You've actually built with LLMs: tool calling, retrieval, agent loops — not one API call.
  • An evals mindset — you prove an agent works before it ships.
  • Product sense and a bias to ship the smallest working thing, then iterate.
  • Comfortable with a fast-moving model landscape and little spec.
